I understand this is a high-risk sport and I am participating at my own risk. I hereby release and hold harmless Cheshire Ridge Farm, LLC, Jeffrey, Wendi, Deana, Corryn or Nathan Schenkel, Cheshire Ridge Farm’s officers, agents and employees from all liability for negligence resulting in accidents, damage or injury to myself or any property including the horse(s) which I will ride at Cheshire Ridge Farm, LLC. 

*All Riders are required to wear approved helmets while mounted

*All horse are required to have a current negative Coggins test and proof of a 5 way vaccine (EEE,WEE,WNV,T,F) given by licensed veterinarian within the last year.

**Any professionals receiving compensation for instruction on Cheshire Ridge Farm property must provide proof of professional liability insurance prior to entering the property. 

***Dogs are not permitted on the property
